Working Groups

Coordinated by the team, the working groups operate thanks to the voluntary involvement of coordinators and participants.

WORKING GROUP: REMUNERATION
This working group is dedicated to the regular update of the remuneration framework published by DCA.

WORKING GROUP: GOVERNANCE
This group works on updating the code of best practices for contemporary art centres, rafting a handbook for boards and teams, and organising the 2025 Contemporary art centres Professional Days.

WORKING GROUP: ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION
This working group supports contemporary art centres in addressing today’s ecological challenges, theme of the 2024 Contemporary art centres Professional Days.

WORKING GROUP: ARCHIVES
The aim of this working group is to reflect on the conservation and valorization of archives generated by art centres, theme of the 2023 Contemporary art centres Professional Days.

Professional Groups

Organized into different professional groups, the art centre teams meet online or in person during professional days to share their experiences, exchange best practices and discuss subjects that are specific to their profession. This initiative is part of the dynamic of the sector’s professionalization and structuring, in which DCA is involved.
